Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Jen Drummond
Dr. Jen Drummond’s lifelong dream has always been to work with animals, whether as a veterinarian or zoologist. Born and raised in Malaysia, she grew up surrounded by a wide range of beloved pets—from budgies and water dragons to dogs, cats, and ball pythons. This deep love for animals shaped her journey and commitment to veterinary medicine.
After earning her undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in Exercise and Sports Studies from Upper Iowa University, Dr. Drummond spent several years as a professional rhythmic gymnastics coach in Michigan. She taught gymnasts from ages 5 to 19 and now serves as a national rhythmic gymnastics judge and Region 2 Judges Coordinator for USA Gymnastics. Despite a rewarding coaching career, her passion for veterinary care never waned.
Dr. Drummond completed her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree at Colorado State University in 2025. During her time at CSU, she was actively involved in clinical care through Street Dog Coalition and developed a strong interest in companion animal medicine, dentistry, and community outreach. Her previous experience includes working in general practice, equine ambulatory care, and advanced veterinary dentistry.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Drummond enjoys baking everything from bread to muffins and spending time with her husband, Jesse, and their two dogs—Maple, a sweet 8-year-old Pit Bull mix, and Piglet, a spunky 7-year-old Dachshund mix.
“I’m so grateful for every step that brought me here, and I look forward to building lasting relationships with pets and their people.” – Dr. Jen Drummond
